Refund Policy for Online Purchases at Luxurino Decor
7-Day Return Policy : Luxurino Decor Outlet offers 3-day return policy on items that have been purchased online. After 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We ensure a strict quality assurance process to guarantee your goods are in perfect condition when shipped. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Receipt Requirement : For all returns, we require your original receipt to be included – this is emailed to you upon purchase.
Partial Refunds : In the following cases, only partial refunds will be issued:
1. Item is not in its original condition.
2. Damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Return Shipping : To return your product, please send it to our warehouse shop at Unit 2, 639 Church St, North Parramatta NSW 2151, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Time for Exchanged Products : Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
High-Value Items : If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Inspection and Notification : Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 1-3 business days. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing : If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 1. First, check your bank account. If the refund is not received, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 2. Sale Items (if applicable)
1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with sale items before purchasing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at luxurinohomedecor@gmail.com
In-Store Purchases
1. Items purchased in-store are subject to a different policy. In-store purchases are ineligible for a refund but may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, as discussed upon purchase.
Payment Method
1. We accept payments via Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed with encryption to ensure the security of your information.
