Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the location and progress of your order. Estimated Shipping Time: Most items take between 7 to 10 working days to ship, based upon the item's availability. Please allow some extra time due to the current Covid-19 situation, which may affect courier services.
Shipment Schedule: Your order will be shipped using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong professional relationships with some of the best third-party couriers to ensure ease of delivery. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For consignments exceeding a weight of 25kg, or too large for standard offloading, extra labor assistance for the courier may be required. Luxurino Décor uses third-party couriers and is not in control of the consignment once it is in transit. Furthermore, Luxurino Décor does not take responsibility for any losses and/or damages during transit if the product(s) are not insured, as we use standard freight and bulky item couriers. You can track your order progress anytime as the products we offer have tracking numbers provided for each product. Shipping and handling costs can be calculated using the postage calculator provided on our checkout page. However, the lead time arising from the delivery period given is estimated, and Luxurino Décor is not liable for any longer delays in delivery, as these services are contracted on third-party terms.
